Review of RATTATOUILLE ( Rat-ta-too-ee)

Brad Bird may not be as famous as Brad Pitt but he is definitely animating rocking!! He made his first animation film when he was 11 and was noticed by the Walt Disney Company. Disneys animator Milt Kahl took him under his wing and the rest is history. He went on to make the Simpsons and even won an animation Oscar for The Incredibles.

Ratatouille is directed by Brad Bird.

It is the story of a foodie rat Remy who wouldnt eat from trash!!He is a gourmet and a connoissuer of good food.He is not dressed in frills and foibles like other celebrity rats Mickey and Minnie. Remy also loves to read and his favourite book is Chef Gusteavs recipe book. Remy has a dream he dares to dream and his dream is not to join the rat race but to be a cook in Gusteavs kitchen!!!!he is caught in the kitchen making soup by

the garbage boy, Linguini. Trouble brews but everyone thinks Linguini made it. Everything is under control and Remys dream comes true. All in a days work.

Would our Indian audience accept a rat as a cook?

Patton Oswalf is Remys voice, Lou Romana is Linguinis, PeterO Toole is Anton Egos and Janeane Garofalo is Colettes voice. All in all a delightful movie. A masterpiece in animation.
