Ingredients
2green chillies (the bajji variety)
4 red dry chillies
4 flakes garlic
1tsp soya sauce
half tsp vinegar
half tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1ripe tomato
some coriander leaves
1 green chilli
half tsp jeera powder
250 grams mashed potato
oil for frying
salt to taste
1 cup besan batter .
METHOD
Grind all the ingredients except the bajji variety chilli , besan and the potato.To the mashed potato add the ground masala and salt. Mix well. Check for salt.The masala should not be watery. Slit the chilli in the middle , remove the seeds and stuff the mash into the chilli. Seal with a thread. Dip into batter and deep fry.
