Ingredients: 250 grams fresh , cleaned , deveined prawns(jhinga)
2 tbsps lime juice
1tsp chillie powdwe
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 cup butter.
1 tbsp garlicpaste.
salt to taste.
Method.
Marinate the prawns in lime juice , salt and half of garlic paste, pepper powder and chillie powder for 10 -12 minutes.Heat the butter in a griddle. When it is really smoking hot put in the prawns and remaining masala. Stir fry till cooked. 5 to 7 minutes is enough. Serve hot with any dip.
